What does not monitored mean on TripIt?
Flight monitoring is a feature of our TripIt Pro premium service. Basic TripIt accounts are not monitored for schedule changes or flight updates (if your airline notifies you about an update to your itinerary, you just need to forward the schedule update to plans@tripit.com).
In most cases, a manual refresh of your app, after you have signed in, will update your trip data. If refreshing doesn't do the trick, and you haven't done so already, please make sure your app has been upgraded to our latest version. (If the problem remains after upgrading try a complete uninstall and reinstall.)

Click 'Publishing your Data' (left navigation bar) and click the Refresh button in the upper-right corner of the page (in the Calendar Feed section). Copy the new feed URL from the TripIt Home page. Add the new URL to your calendar application. Wait about 15 minutes for your data to sync.
Connection at risk refers to the amount of time between the time when a flight arrives and the departure time of the next flight on the same booked reservation. Say the initial flight departs late, the traveler could be in danger of missing their connecting flight.

When you get an email from an email address that states "this account is not monitored", it simply means that if you reply to the message- no human will ever read the reply.
On January 31, 2022, we retired TripIt for Teams.
After this date, you will no longer have access to TripIt for Teams features such as the team calendar or dashboard. Trips that you originally created or own will remain in your account.

All TripIt customer data is stored in highly secure data centers that undergo multiple rigorous audits and authorizations on a regular basis, and also have demonstrated robust physical entry controls to ensure only authorized personnel are able to enter the facility.
TripIt does not update flight information (schedule changes or other) automatically for free TripIt accounts. We need you to inform us of any changes. (Our TripIt Pro premium service does offer a flight monitoring program.) Changes will appear in your trip within a short time of submission.
How do I sync TripIt?

- Click your Profile icon (top right).
- Click 'Account and Security' > 'Manage Account'.
- Select the email address(es) you wish to authorize Inbox Sync.
- Click Activate Inbox Sync.
You can access your TripIt account without wifi/connectivity. You can access your travel information even when you do not have connectivity as long as you leave your TripIt app signed in (i.e. don't sign out when last viewing your account).
