How do I add flights to VeriFLY app?
The 'Add Flight(s)' pass is available from the ADD FLIGHT option on the VeriFLY dashboard. Simply add the 'Add Flight(s)' pass to get started. Once the pass is selected, it will be added to the App's home screen and you will be prompt to add a new flight through submitting "Add Trip".
Tap Add Trip. Under Flight Details, fill in the details for your flight (including Airline, Destination, Flight Number, etc.). Under Traveler Details, VeriFLY will automatically fill in your information based on the name / date of birth used when creating your account. Tap the Submit button.
If you have a problem using VeriFLY, please check the following: VeriFLY is only available for use on selected routes – please check if you can use it for your journey. If VeriFLY is not available for your route, you may be able to upload your documentation through Manage My Booking and check in online.
What happens if I don't use VeriFLY? If you don't use VeriFLY, you will be required to show your travel documents at the airport and they will be verified for you at the check-in desk or boarding gate. This may result in long queues and delays as you move through the airport.

Your flight may be operated by one of our partner airline's affiliates as a codeshare flight. In some cases, the flight may be available under the codeshare airline. The destination/airline may not be supported in VeriFLY.
How long before my flight can I use VeriFLY? We recommend that you upload your documents no later than 4 hours before your scheduled flight departure time. This will allow enough time for your travel documents to be checked and verified.
Customers who use VeriFLY can check in online and go straight to bag drop or their boarding gate and avoid any queuing at check-in.
In this scenario, the VeriFLY Checkpoint will display the QR code on the Kiosk screen for you to scan the QR code. The system will check whether that you have a Valid Pass and Credentials for that Checkpoint and if so, will allow entry. The user clicks the "Scan" button in the middle bottom part of the screen.
Can I add boarding pass to VeriFLY?
